run business situated above the award winning Porthminster
Beach.
Our 4 main bedrooms all have
glorious uninterrupted sea beach and coastal views.
We are only a three minute walk
from the main town and Shops and a two minute walk from the
beach. The bus and train stations are on our doorstep.
The Carlyon has recently undergone a major refurbishment
All rooms have been redecorated with new beds and carpets.

Room 1 Our single room with en-suite
facilities. This room has a table and chair in window to enjoy
the stunning sea, beach and harbour views.
Room 1a First floor double room with
King size bed. Recently refurbished to high standard to include
fully tiled bathroom, With table and chairs in the bay window
to enjoy the spectacular sea and beach views.
Room 2 First floor double room again
refurbished to a high standard with fully tiled bathroom and
garden views.
Room 3 Our smaller double - recently
refurbished. This room has table and charis in window to enjoy
stunning sea beach and harbour views
Room 4 Double room again recently refurbished
tastefully furnished in pine. Fully tiled bathroom with table
and chairs in bay to sit and enjoy the amazing views.
Room 5/6 Our family room. This is a double
room with an adjoining ro0m which has bunk beds.
Recently refurbished with very modern decor.
